I would like to write to commend you on your EXCELLENT customer service AND support. I don't simply say "Customer Service" because your Canfield store offers so much more.

Robert Hyde of your Canfield Store has been a sanity saver for me. We received a hand-me-down pool above-ground pool and came immediately to Burnett (upon the advice of a friend) with nothing but questions. With no hint of disdain for the fact that we had not purchased it from your store, Robert walked me through the chemical process, assisted me in selecting and ordering the correct liner, and every step of the way has assured me that I can become a competent and even capable pool owner (even when all evidence proves otherwise!)

I would expect this service had I purchased the pool from your store. However, to get this level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction when I am purchasing ACCESSORIES and chemicals is to be commended.

This is why I say with complete sincerity that your customer service and SUPPORT is so valuable.

We have every belief (knock on wood!) that with the assistance of Burnett Pools we WILL get this pool up and running. When we do, we will continue to come to Burnett Pools for all our swimming related needs and recommend you to our friends who are interested in swimming pools and related accessories.

Great Customer Service

At Burnett Pools the staff really takes its time with the customers and is extremely knowledgeable. We went in, not knowing anything about buying and maintaining a pool, but the salesman taught us a lot. When we left, we were very confident with everything he told us and ended up buying our pool from him because of the quality of service he provided.


To whom it may concern:

I believe a company is only as good as its service department.

I am writing in regard to your service manager.

I had a problem with my hot tub heating. First, I did not buy my Hot Spring spa from Burnett Pools. Second, I am a woman. In the past I have found most companies would consider I had two strikes against me.

The service manager, via phone, talked me through trouble shooting my heating system. He offered to come that day to make repairs. He remained friendly and helpful when he found out my husband planned to make the repairs.

The Service Manager met me in Columbiana with the part to save me a trip to Boardman. I was very thankful because my work schedule and the weather was a factor.

I will highly recommend Burnett Pools because of the Service Manager.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our heat pump. Last year we opened our pool in April and closed it in November. It was well worth the price and it only increased our electric bill by $100.00 approximately per month. We keep our water at a warm 90 degrees. It is great. I would recommend it to everyone!

The summer of 2005 proved to be warm and it was nice to be first time owners of a pool and have the AquaCal heat pump for it. We were able to go out and swim around 10:30 am and have the water warm. By evening the water was still warm and enjoyable. It felt like we were swimming at the local gym.

It took about 4 days when we first opened the pool to get the water warm enough. But once we did, it was wonderful. On cool nights we knew the water would be okay to swim in during the day. We only had a solar cover on it during the night. The heat pump was on a timer set for 8 am to 8 pm and during the summer might run for an hour or two after a cool night.

We opened the pool around mid May and it stayed opened until mid September. The temp of the water was around 86-90 degrees. Some of the high temperature of the water was even with the heat pump not running. Our electrical bill went up in May and September. But it was well worth it. We would recommend purchasing the AquaCal heat pump for your pool.

After 9 years of using Baquacil, I switched to Optimizer Plus on Willie's strong recommendation. I followed his advice and Optimizer Plus actually made the water much clearer and softer than Baquacil and at a much lower annual cost. We are very pleased with the results.

As a first-time owner of an in-ground pool, balancing chemicals the first year was extremely time-consuming and very expensive. Pool ownership certainly was not the pleasure we anticipated. At the recommendation of Burnett Pools' staff, we then embarked upon the Optimizer Plus maintenance program. The results have been remarkable! The water clarity is outstanding. The time spent on maintenance is greatly reduced and the cost of chemicals has been reduced over 30%. Pool ownership is now the pleasure we imagined.

We are very pleased with the Optimizer Plus program. The water clarity is exceptional. We haven't had cloudy water since changing to it. But perhaps the best part is that we don't have to use as much chlorine. My husband's skin would start to itch after being in the water a short time. Now he can stay in the pool playing with the grandchildren or just relaxing for a couple of hours. It is great!

Mr. Burnett,

We currently own a cal spa hot tub that we purchased approx. 5 years ago from a company that has since closed. About 2 or 3 months ago we started to notice white "floaties" in our water. Being from Niles we shopped at our local spa dealer, spent lots of money, were told many different cures for our problem but none succeeded. A friend mentioned a place in Boardman, so off we went, spent lots of money, and nothing. Remembering buying a poker table from you a few years back we were unsure if you dealt in spas (knowing of course pools were available) we called and a very nice person said to bring in a water sample and lets check it out. My wife and I arrived Monday evening at your store with our sample and 2 nice people greeted us. Immediately Ida looked at our water and said you have a Bio Film problem with your water. This young lady was so knowledgeable about this condition it was amazing. Anyway we purchased some spa flush and will soon be trying it. Ida made us feel so confident that we can rid our spa of this problem (with lots of work) that I truly believe that it will work. She talked us thru all steps necessary to do this. So, as of now we are Burnett Pool Customers and feel good about this. You should be proud of having an employee like Ida Kerr. Thank You,
